By engaging with our Services, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue using our Services immediately.

2. Description of Services
**Job Gass Fit** provides specialized career matching, recruitment, and professional development services tailored for the oil and gas industry. Our Services are intended for adults seeking employment or career advancement within this sector, as well as for employers seeking qualified candidates. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or illegal conduct is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts & Access
To access certain features of our Services, such as applying for jobs or receiving personalized coaching, registration and account creation may be required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and documentation (e.g., career guides, interview tips), is the property of **Job Gass Fit** or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of our content without our prior written consent.

5. Service Fees, Payments & Refunds
For **employers**, our pricing for recruitment services is typically success-based, meaning fees are charged upon the successful placement of a candidate. For **job seekers**, our core job matching and application services are generally free. Optional premium career development packages (e.g., advanced coaching, CV optimization) may be available at specified prices, clearly displayed on our website. Payments for premium services are processed securely via accepted methods (e.g., credit card, bank transfer) and are due in advance of service delivery.

**Refund Policy for Premium Candidate Services:** If you are not satisfied with a premium service package, you may request a refund within **14 days** of purchase, provided you have not utilized more than 25% of the service content (e.g., completed no more than one coaching session out of four, or submitted a single resume for review from a multi-review package). To request a refund, please email support@jobgasstepfit.com. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Specific terms for employer fees will be outlined in separate service agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided to facilitate career connections and provide guidance. While we strive for accuracy and success, **Job Gass Fit** shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services or reliance on any information provided. This includes, but is not limited to, lost opportunities, business interruption, or loss of data. You acknowledge that your use of the Services is at your sole risk, and you assume full responsibility for your career decisions and outcomes.

7. Modifications & Termination of Services
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lugano, Switzerland.
